Systems engineering and architecture

Services: from web applications to integrations and maintenance

Six areas in which we design and deliver custom software for business. Every project covers analysis, architecture, implementation, testing and production deployment.

01 / 06

Web applications and B2B portals

We design web applications that mirror how work really flows through a company — with roles, permissions and a change history. The interface is built for people who use it all day: fast, predictable and comfortable on smaller screens too.

Admin panels, order management systems, customer panels and SaaS applications. Speed and ergonomics designed for operators who work in the interface all day.

Scope
  • Admin panels and tailor-made CRM and ERP systems
  • B2B portals with individual price lists, orders and billing history
  • SaaS applications with multiple organisations and roles
  • Online stores with their own back office
Key technologies
  • React
  • TypeScript
  • Next.js
  • ASP.NET Core

Backend systems and API architecture

The backend decides whether a system stays stable as users and data grow. We design the domain model, the API contracts and the data layer so that new features do not require rebuilding the foundations.

Fast, secure server-side services, REST APIs and event-driven architectures. Databases designed for transactional consistency and for processing millions of records.

Scope
  • Data model and API contract design (REST, OpenAPI)
  • Authentication, authorisation and an audit trail of operations
  • Asynchronous processing, queues and background jobs
  • Automated tests and production monitoring
Key technologies
  • C# / .NET
  • ASP.NET Core
  • PostgreSQL
  • SQL Server
  • Docker

Mobile apps (Android and iOS)

We build mobile apps published on Google Play and the App Store — native and cross-platform. We pay particular attention to working without coverage: data is stored locally and synchronised automatically once the connection returns.

Apps for sales teams, service technicians, field staff and end customers. Offline synchronisation, barcode scanning, geolocation and encrypted communication with the server.

Scope
  • Offline-first mode with automatic synchronisation
  • Barcode scanning, camera, geolocation and notifications
  • Sign in with Google and Apple, data encryption
  • Publishing and maintenance in the app stores
Key technologies
  • Kotlin
  • Jetpack Compose
  • Flutter
  • .NET MAUI
  • SQLite

Desktop and utility software

Not every process can move to the browser. Where direct hardware access, high computing performance or work on local files is required, we build desktop applications for Windows.

Specialised tools running directly on Windows workstations: processing large files and integrating with measuring devices, industrial scales and readers.

Scope
  • Communication with devices over serial ports and USB
  • Processing and visualising large data sets
  • Internal tools that automate repetitive tasks
  • Installers and an update mechanism
Key technologies
  • WPF
  • .NET
  • C#
  • Windows API

System integrations and data migrations

Systems that do not exchange data generate manual work and errors. We build integrations between warehouse, accounting, sales and logistics software, and carry out a safe data migration when tools change.

Connecting ERP systems, payment gateways, logistics operators and partners' custom APIs. Fault-tolerant data exchange with automatic retries.

Scope
  • Integrations with ERP and accounting systems (e.g. Comarch, Subiekt, enova365)
  • Online payments, couriers and parcel lockers
  • Data migration from spreadsheets and legacy systems
  • Queuing, retries and error reporting for data exchange
Key technologies
  • REST / Webhooks
  • ETL
  • RabbitMQ
  • OpenAPI

Modernisation and ongoing maintenance (SLA)

We take over existing systems — including those left without documentation. We start with an audit, then gradually tidy up the code and the infrastructure without interrupting day-to-day operations.

Code audits, fixing security vulnerabilities (OWASP), architectural refactoring and continuous oversight of production stability under an SLA with an agreed response time.

Scope
  • Code, architecture and security audit
  • Gradual migration to a current technology stack
  • Deployment automation (CI/CD) and backups
  • An SLA with an agreed response time
Key technologies
  • Security audit
  • CI/CD
  • Monitoring
  • SLA

Let's talk about the planned project

The first consultation is free and without obligation. A short description of the process and the expected outcome is enough.
