Engineering philosophy
No corporate overhead, anonymous support desks or tasks delegated to people without experience. We build software the way engineering structures are designed: with a safety margin, rigorous testing and a readable architecture.
Every project is led personally by Paweł Rudnicki, the founder of Griff Software. The experience comes from commercial deployments in environments where every hour of downtime means measurable losses. Projects are never handed to people still learning the trade.
We do not chase short-lived trends. We rely on a proven, stable foundation (.NET, C#, Kotlin, TypeScript, relational databases), a clear domain split (Clean Architecture) and automated unit and integration tests.
We treat AI tools as an accelerator: they shorten prototyping and help produce test cases and technical documentation. Architecture, domain logic and security remain entirely under the supervision of an experienced engineer.
