Engagement model

How we work: process, scope and budget

A custom software project runs in five stages with clear acceptance points. Below we describe how the work proceeds, the kind of organisations we work with and an approximate budget framework.

How a project runs

A predictable process — from first contact to production

No budget surprises. We split delivery into logical stages with clear acceptance points.

  1. 01

    Initial consultation

A free 30–45 minute conversation about the process, the business goals and the budget framework. We verify technical feasibility.

    Free verification
  2. 02

    Workshop and architecture

An analysis stage for more complex projects. It produces a technical specification, a data model, interface mock-ups and a cost estimate.

    Specification and estimate
  3. 03

    Iterative development

Short iterations (1–2 weeks) and regular demonstrations of working software on a test environment.

    Regular demos
  4. 04

    Testing and deployment

Automated CI/CD pipelines, load tests, environment configuration (cloud or VPS) and data migration.

    Production launch
  5. 05

    SLA care and development

Technical support after launch, error monitoring, security updates and extension with further modules.

    Long-term partnership

Who we work for

Organisations for which custom software brings the highest return on investment

Small and medium-sized businesses

Mature companies that want to streamline operations, eliminate spreadsheet errors and replace costly subscriptions with software they own.

Startups and founders

Technology projects that need a production-grade MVP architecture or support with scaling — without having to rewrite the system later.

Software houses

Agencies and software houses looking for senior capacity: C#, .NET, advanced APIs, database architecture, mobile modules.

RFPs and tenders

Companies and institutions looking for a partner able to estimate risks reliably, prepare a formal specification and deliver under an SLA.

Financial transparency

Budget framework for custom software

We respect both sides' time, so we state the approximate threshold from which we usually take on custom projects:

from PLN 20,000 – 30,000 net

Depending on the scope of modules, the number of integrations and the SLA requirements.

  • No hidden costs, transparent billing stages
  • Economic copyright transferred to the client
  • Warranty on the delivered code

Frequently asked questions

Cost, delivery time and code ownership

How much does custom software cost?

We usually take on custom projects from PLN 20,000 – 30,000 net. The final cost depends on the scope of modules, the number of integrations and the maintenance requirements. We prepare an estimate after the initial consultation and, for complex projects, after an analysis workshop.

How long does a project take?

It depends on the scope. We work in 1–2 week iterations and demonstrate working parts of the system as we go, so progress is visible from the start.

Who owns the source code?

The client. Once the project is settled, we transfer the economic copyright to the source code, with no licences restricting further development with another contractor.

Can an existing system be taken over and developed further?

Yes. We start with an audit of the code and infrastructure, then propose a gradual modernisation plan that does not interrupt day-to-day operations.

Is a non-disclosure agreement signed before discussing details?

Yes. We sign an NDA before learning any confidential information about the company's processes and data.

Let's talk about the planned project

The first consultation is free and without obligation. A short description of the process and the expected outcome is enough.
