Privacy policy
How we process personal data and cookies (GDPR / UK GDPR)
Last updated: April 2026.
This policy applies to the Griff Software website operated by Paweł Rudnicki, conducting business as GRIFF SOFTWARE (sole proprietorship). We respect your privacy and process data only as described below.
01Data controller
Controller: Paweł Rudnicki, GRIFF SOFTWARE, NIP 9552521486, REGON 383733190. Contact: contact@griffsoftware.com. For privacy matters, please email the same address with “Privacy” in the subject line.
02What data we process
Contact form: name, email, subject and message you send — to reply and handle your enquiry. Website use: technical data such as IP address, browser type, date/time of access may be processed by hosting or security systems as technically necessary. We do not sell your personal data.
03Cookies and Google Analytics
Essential cookies may be needed for basic site operation (e.g. language preference stored locally). Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland / Google LLC) helps us understand traffic. It runs only if you choose “Accept analytics” in the cookie banner. Until then, analytics storage is denied (Google Consent Mode). You can change your mind by clearing site data for this domain and revisiting the site, or by contacting us. See Google’s privacy information: https://policies.google.com/privacy
04Legal basis
Contact form: processing is necessary to take steps at your request before a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and/or our legitimate interest to respond to enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Analytics: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) when you click “Accept analytics”. Essential / technical processing: legitimate interest or legal obligation where applicable (Art. 6(1)(f) / (c) GDPR).
05Retention and your rights
Form messages are kept only as long as needed to handle the conversation and any legal obligations, then deleted or anonymised where possible. Under GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability (where applicable), and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw consent for analytics at any time (without affecting prior processing). You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Poland: UODO).
06Changes
We may update this policy; the “Last updated” date will change. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy where required by law.
